1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Corvyx (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Monvyn VPN: Fast & Secure. Monvyn VPN: Fast & Secure is published by Corvyx and is available at corvyx.co/products/monvyn-vpn.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Monvyn VPN: Fast & Secure, we may process:

• VPN connection details needed to establish a tunnel (such as selected server, connection status, and session timing shown in the app).
• Network and device information required for VPN operation and app stability (for example network state and basic diagnostics, if enabled).
• Preferences you save on device (such as selected server and favorite locations).
• Advertising identifiers and related data when ads are shown (for example via Google AdMob), subject to your device settings and applicable consent rules.

3. How we use information

• To provide VPN connectivity, server lists, favorites, and connection status in the app.
• To improve reliability, diagnose issues, and respond to support requests.
• To show ads that help keep Monvyn VPN free to use.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. On-device processing

Monvyn VPN does not require an account. Favorites and last-selected server are stored locally on your device. Your internet traffic is routed through the VPN server you choose; Corvyx does not operate a private account backend for this app.

5. Data retention

Monvyn VPN keeps most data on your device. Third-party VPN nodes and advertising partners may process limited technical data under their own policies.

• App preferences (selected server, favorites) remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall Monvyn VPN.
• We do not create a Corvyx user account for Monvyn VPN, so we do not retain account profiles for this product.
• Community or third-party VPN servers you connect to may independently log technical connection data according to their own practices; Corvyx does not control those servers.
• Advertising partners (for example Google AdMob) may process advertising identifiers according to their retention policies and your device consent settings.
• If you contact us for support, any email you send is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request (typically up to 12 months), then deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
• Optional diagnostics or crash reports, if enabled, may be retained by service providers for a limited period needed to diagnose issues (typically up to 90 days).

6. Data & account deletion

Monvyn VPN does not require an account. You can remove local app data directly on your device.

How to delete in the app

1. Open Monvyn VPN and remove any saved favorites if you wish.
2. Disconnect from any active VPN session.
3. To remove all app data, uninstall Monvyn VPN from your device settings.

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored preferences and favorites. Advertising identifiers are managed through your device advertising/privacy settings.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at hello@corvyx.co with the subject line Monvyn VPN data deletion. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising — only as needed to provide those services and under appropriate safeguards.

8. Children’s privacy

Monvyn VPN: Fast & Secure is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect material changes.
